This retreat is for women who want to reward themselves with rest & relaxation. It’s suitable for yoga – beginners and experienced yogis.

Included

Yoga Sessions:
Energizing morning slow movement Hatha yoga & calming evening yin-yoga practices & breath work. The classes are thought for all, including those who believe they cannot do yoga “If you can breathe, you can do yoga”.

Workshops:
Four, 2 hours workshops for personal development to find more peace and fulfillment in life, plus meditation workshop (2 hours)
Here’s what you can expect from the workshops:
deep insights into resilience and mindfulness, packed with small yet powerful tips and exercises that are easy to integrate into your daily life. You’ll learn how our brain works and why lasting change is only possible when we involve our subconscious mind. Plus, we’ll introduce you to the authentic Japanese Ikigai—far from the well-known Venn diagram—showing you how valuable the small things in life truly are. You’ll leave with a backpack full of new insights and tools, ready to navigate your daily life with more ease and calm.

Coaching Sessions:
In 1:1 coaching, you have the opportunity to dive deeper into a question that is currently on your mind. Often, it’s the calm outside perspective that can help you identify and clarify the underlying issues. With the help of various methods and tools from coaching practice, these topics, once brought to the surface, can be explored and addressed in their specific context. This way, you have the opportunity to get closer to yourself and realign your focus.

Outdoor Activities:
Two, 2 – 3 hour hikes along the cliffs culminating in beautiful beaches, and/or mountains of south-east Mallorca, and finalizing the day with beautiful sunset views. Food will be provided outside those days

We are happy to help with the booking or answer any questions you might have. Please note that Son Barcelo and Es Figueral are located in the countryside, and you might need your own transportation outside of the pick up and drop offs mentioned. If you prefer not to rent a car, you can also rent bicycles at “Curro Bikes”. There are buses that stop only in the main towns/cities/airport (One way  EUR 3,5), and you can also rely on the local taxis to move around in the evenings (Please contact them via whatsapp, translating your message into spanish or catalan using google translator or similar)

During my 20 years experience as an analyst in the healthcare and diagnostic industry, I have witnessed the rise of chronic diseases and the impact of Western lifestyles on the physical and mental well-being of others and its impact on the general level of people’s happiness and their relationships with loved ones.
I wanted to find tools to help me and others around me to cope better with today’s demands and live healthy, happier lives, and this desire was the inspiration to begin my yoga journey. Over the last few years, I have learnt the tools and philosophy behind small lifestyle changes to prevent common mental and physical health issues.
As a certified Yoga Alliance Teacher specializing in breath-based Hatha, Yin yoga, and meditation, I focus on connecting the body, mind and breath through easy to do routines that can fit into any lifestyle. My classes are gentle, inclusive, and personalized, catering to all levels of experience and
without acrobatics or judgement. As Krishnamacharya said, „If you can breathe, you can do yoga.“

As a systemic coach I work with women in Leadership roles. I help you maximise your leadership skills by helping you get to know yourself, your (inner) team and your environment better and we then integrate this knowledge and experience into your day-to-day management.
In 1:1 coaching, we work with methods of systemic coaching, client-centred conversation and bodyknowledge. In the group programs, my focus is also on strengths, exchange and connecting likeminded women.
For me, the method is always only a means to an end. People are always central. I work individually, creatively and always solution-oriented.
I studied systemic coaching over 10 years, giving my 1st coaching session in 2007 and I have worked as Projectmanager and Coach in the high- and non-profit area, range: young adults to senior management.
